中國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)商事認(rèn)證服務(wù)
中國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)商事認(rèn)證中心（現(xiàn)更名為貿(mào)推中心）是中國(guó)貿(mào)促會(huì)直屬單位，主要業(yè)務(wù)包括：出具我國(guó)出口商品原產(chǎn)地證明書；商事證明書、中國(guó)出口商品品牌證明書、自由銷售類證明書、人力不可抗力證明等商事證明；代辦涉外商貿(mào)文件的領(lǐng)事認(rèn)證；簽發(fā)、認(rèn)證對(duì)外貿(mào)易和海上貨運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)的文件和單證；承擔(dān)暫準(zhǔn)進(jìn)出口貨物單證冊(cè)（ATA）的出證、擔(dān)保、索賠、核銷工作；根據(jù)授權(quán)，開展國(guó)際公約項(xiàng)下的簽證和擔(dān)保工作；構(gòu)建商事綜合服務(wù)平臺(tái)，為企業(yè)提供信用認(rèn)證、報(bào)檢通關(guān)、融資擔(dān)保、撮合交易等商事服務(wù)。
中國(guó)貿(mào)促會(huì)商事認(rèn)證服務(wù)以其國(guó)際性、權(quán)威性、公正性、專業(yè)性贏得了中外企業(yè)的廣泛認(rèn)可。中國(guó)貿(mào)促會(huì)簽發(fā)出口貨物原產(chǎn)地證由《中華人民共和國(guó)進(jìn)出口貨物原產(chǎn)地條例》授權(quán)，ATA單證冊(cè)簽發(fā)和擔(dān)保工作經(jīng)國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)、海關(guān)總署授權(quán)。多年來，中國(guó)貿(mào)促會(huì)與國(guó)際商會(huì)、世界海關(guān)組織等國(guó)際組織和各國(guó)有關(guān)政府機(jī)構(gòu)、商會(huì)協(xié)會(huì)建立了密切的合作關(guān)系。貿(mào)推中心代表中國(guó)貿(mào)促會(huì)（中國(guó)國(guó)際商會(huì)）參與國(guó)際商會(huì)原產(chǎn)地證書理事會(huì)和世界ATA單證冊(cè)理事會(huì)相關(guān)工作。

CCPIT COMMERCIAL CERTIFICATION SERVICE
The Commercial Certification Center of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (“CCPIT”) is a unit directly under CCPIT. Its main services include issuing certificates of origin for China’s exports; issuing commercial certification, Certificate of China Export Commodity Brand, certificate of free sale, certification on force majeure; handling, as an agency, the consular legalization for foreign trade documents; issuing and conducting the attestation on the files and documents of foreign trade and sea freight business; taking charge of the issuance, guarantee, claims, and cancellation of an ATA Carnet; with authorization, carrying out visa and guarantee work under international conventions; building a comprehensive business service platform for credit certification, quarantine clearance, financing guarantee, trade matchmaking and other business services.
International, authoritative, impartial and professional, the commercial certification service provided by CCPIT has been widely recognized by both Chinese and foreign enterprises. The certificate of origin issued by the CCPIT is authorized by the Regulation of the People’s Republic of China on the Place of Origin of Import and Export Goods and its qualification of ATA Carnet issuance and guarantee are approved by the State Council and authorized by the General Administration of Customs. For years, CCPIT has built close cooperative relations with international organizations such as the International Chamber of Commerce and the World Customs Organization, relevant government institutions and associations of chambers of commerce of various countries. On Behalf of CCPIT/CCOIC, Commercial Certification Center takes part in the relevant
work of ICC WCF CO Council and World ATA Carnet Council.
