為認(rèn)真貫徹落實(shí)習(xí)近平總書(shū)記關(guān)于推動(dòng)長(zhǎng)三角一體化發(fā)展和應(yīng)急管理、防災(zāi)減災(zāi)救災(zāi)的重要講話(huà)和指示批示精神，推動(dòng)長(zhǎng)三角一體化應(yīng)急管理協(xié)同發(fā)展，促進(jìn)應(yīng)急、安全產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，提升應(yīng)急防災(zāi)減災(zāi)和救援能力，營(yíng)造全社會(huì)參與應(yīng)急的濃厚氛圍，經(jīng)長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)座談會(huì)商定，由三省一市合作舉辦長(zhǎng)三角國(guó)際應(yīng)急減災(zāi)和救援博覽會(huì)。報(bào)經(jīng)三省一市人民政府同意，并報(bào)備應(yīng)急管理部，長(zhǎng)三角國(guó)際應(yīng)急博覽會(huì)由上海、江蘇、浙江、安徽三省一市應(yīng)急管理廳（局）和上海市國(guó)際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)5家單位共同主辦，長(zhǎng)三角區(qū)域合作辦公室作為支持單位。
第三屆長(zhǎng)三角國(guó)際應(yīng)急減災(zāi)和救援博覽會(huì)將于2024年5月13日至15日在國(guó)家會(huì)展中心（上海）舉辦，展出面積10萬(wàn)平米。博覽會(huì)由政府主導(dǎo)、市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作，辦展模式擬采取線(xiàn)下實(shí)體展覽和云上展覽相結(jié)合，通過(guò)“展覽、會(huì)議、活動(dòng)、科普”等多種形式呈現(xiàn)。目前，該博覽會(huì)已成為國(guó)內(nèi)規(guī)模最大、質(zhì)量最高的應(yīng)急救援展覽會(huì)。

二、2023年博覽會(huì)概述
第二屆長(zhǎng)三角國(guó)際應(yīng)急減災(zāi)和救援博覽會(huì)于2023年5月8日-10日在國(guó)家會(huì)展中心（上海）圓滿(mǎn)落幕，涵蓋應(yīng)急防災(zāi)減災(zāi)、綜合救援裝備、安全防護(hù)產(chǎn)品、安全產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)、安全科普宣傳、應(yīng)急管理成果等內(nèi)容。本屆博覽會(huì)共有615家國(guó)內(nèi)外應(yīng)急領(lǐng)域代表性企業(yè)參展，匯聚行業(yè)頭部企業(yè)和各領(lǐng)域重點(diǎn)企業(yè)，展出面積8萬(wàn)平米，共計(jì)81612人次觀眾，觀眾覆蓋全國(guó)應(yīng)急管理和消防救援系統(tǒng)、科研院所、社會(huì)機(jī)構(gòu)、外國(guó)駐滬領(lǐng)館和商協(xié)會(huì)，以及城市運(yùn)行、安全生產(chǎn)、電力能源、公共交通、海事救援、消防救援、公衛(wèi)醫(yī)療、水務(wù)航運(yùn)、食品衛(wèi)生、?；贰⑽锪鬟\(yùn)輸、教育培訓(xùn)、建筑樓宇、物資儲(chǔ)備等防災(zāi)減災(zāi)重點(diǎn)行業(yè)領(lǐng)域相關(guān)單位。
展會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)舉辦17場(chǎng)會(huì)議論壇類(lèi)及60余場(chǎng)企業(yè)推介活動(dòng)，論壇主題覆蓋建筑安全、核與輻射安全、實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全、住建安全、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、應(yīng)急通信、主題市活動(dòng)、新能源安全、智慧城市、防汛排澇、化工安全、安全生產(chǎn)、礦山安全應(yīng)急、消防救援等。

YANGTZE RIVER DELTA INTERNATIONAL EMERGENCY DISASTER REDUCTION & RESCUE EXPO（EDRR）
Yangtze River Delta International Emergency Disaster Reduction & Rescue Expo（EDRR）aims to promote the transformation and upgrading of the safety and emergency industry in China, to enhance the emergency prevention, mitigation and rescue capabilities, and to create a strong atmosphere for the whole society to participate in emergency response.
A showcase that Chinese market is open and promises huge potential to the world, EDRR provides foreign businesses with access to market opportunities and facilitate exchanges between Chinese and foreign enterprises. EDRR creates a platform where exhibitors and visitors gather together, and offers various services in order to help them to develop their commercial opportunities. In addition, exhibitors will have access to government procurement opportunities arising from local procurement demands in larger quantities.

Yangtze River Delta International Emergency Disaster Reduction & Rescue Expo (EDRR 2023) was successfully conculded on May 8-10, 2023 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). A total of 615 representative enterprises in the field of emergency and safety industry participated in the expo, bringing together the industry's head enterprises and key enterprises in various fields, with an exhibition area of 80,000 square meters. There were a total of 81,612 visitors during the three days of the exhibition, bringing full energy of the safety and emergency industry.
The exhibition site held 17 conferences and forums and more than 60 enterprise promotion activities. The forum topics covering building safety, nuclear and radiation safety, intellectual property rights, emergency communications, smart city, flood drainage, chemical safety, fire rescue, etc.
