Review of CISCE 2023

Themed “Connecting the World for a Shared Future,” the First China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE), hosted by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), took place in Beijing from November 28 to December 2, 2023. Chinese Premier Li Qiang attended the opening ceremony and delivered a keynote speech. As the world’s first national exhibition focusing on supply chains, the first CISCE successfully facilitated the connectivity between upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors, the merging of large, medium, and small enterprises, the coordination of industry, academia, research, and practical application, and the interaction between Chinese and foreign businesses. It accomplished four significant functions: promoting trade, fostering investment cooperation, aggregating innovation, and encouraging learning and exchange. The CISCE has emerged as a new window for promoting high levels of openness, a fresh platform for supporting the establishment of a new development paradigm, a novel medium for enhancing the construction of a global open economy, and a pioneering experiment embodying the concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind.

Invitation to CISCE 2024

The Second CISCE, scheduled for November 26-30, 2024 in China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Venue), will focus on six key supply chains: advanced manufacturing, clean energy, smart vehicle, digital technology, healthy life and green agriculture, together with supply chain services. Alongside these, it will feature special forums and various side events including investment promotion, supply-demand matchmaking and new product releases.
